Orders & Delivery
We deliver within 2 hours of your order being placed. Once we confirm your order, we source the item, verify it, and drive it directly to your address. Most orders arrive faster than 2 hours.
We charge a flat $50 delivery fee per order — not per item. Whether you order one product or ten, the delivery fee stays at $50.
We cover the full NYC metro area including all 5 boroughs, Westchester County, Northern New Jersey, and Southern Connecticut. If you're within a 2-hour drive of the Bronx, we can reach you.
Monday–Friday 9AM–8PM, Saturday 10AM–7PM, Sunday 11AM–5PM. Holiday delivery is available by request — contact us at buy@neships.com.
Once your order is placed you'll receive an email confirmation. We'll follow up with an ETA. You can also check your order status by logging into your NEShips account.
Contact us before delivery and we'll arrange a safe drop or reschedule. Just email buy@neships.com with your order number.
Products & Sourcing
We source products from multiple authorized retailers. All items are verified to be genuine, undamaged, and exactly as described before we deliver them to you.
Anything that fits in a car — electronics, tools, auto parts, home goods, gaming gear, office supplies, and more. Items must be under 50 lbs. See our How It Works page for the full size guide.
Yes! If you're looking for something specific, email us at buy@neships.com with the product name and model. We'll check availability and get back to you.
All products are new unless otherwise noted. We source from authorized retailers, not third-party sellers.
Payments & Security
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Buy Now Pay Later options (Afterpay etc.) — all powered by Stripe.
Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.
If there's a problem with your order — wrong item, damaged product, or we can't fulfill it — we'll issue a full refund. Contact buy@neships.com with your order number.
Yes, we collect the applicable NYC sales tax rate (8.875%) on all orders.
Accounts & Protection Plans
No — you can check out as a guest. But creating a free account lets you track order history, save items for later, and get faster checkout next time.
A protection plan covers your product from day one against defects and damage. It's priced at 15% of the item price and can be added to any product at checkout.
For $50, you become a NEShips Founding Member. Once we reach $5,000 in funding, every Founder gets $20 off their first 3 orders plus access to IT support services. You're not just donating — you're investing in something local.
